Making a Complaint
At Monument, we always strive to provide our customers with the most efficient service.
However, we understand that from time to time, despite our best efforts, we may not always meet customer expectations. If this is the case and you would like to let us know, we have a complaints process in place to address your concerns in a fair and timely manner.
If you wish to make a complaint, you can do so using one of the following options:
- Call, email, or write to us. You can find our contact details on the relevant page for your policy type on our Customer Centre. Our contact details are also shown on the most recent letter/statement you’ve received from us.
- Alternatively, please complete the form below.
OUR COMPLAINTS PROCESS
You can find a copy of our complaints handling processes via the relevant links below. These also contain details for the relevant Ombudsman service you have a right to refer your complaint to as outlined in our complaints process.
If you took your policy out in Ireland, any referrals will need to be made to the Irish Financial Ombudsman and Pensions Service (FSPO).
