Business Analyst – Project Support – FTC

offers the opportunity to join a quickly growing and dynamic company in becoming a member of the
Outsourcing change team in Ireland delivering regulatory and BAU change.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will have a variety of tasks, contributing to the delivery of
multiple projects and be responsible for guiding team members and stakeholders in the successful
completion of project deliverables.


You will Provide project management support on a variety of
outsourcing related projects across on-boarding and
integration, regulatory change, continuous improvement and
contract development by:
 Supporting the Project Manager in the delivery of
Outsourcing Change projects in Ireland by reporting on
progress, challenges and risks;
 Supporting implementation of regulatory change projects
 Developing project plans for any new Outsourcing onboarding projects;
 Running Due Diligence and Risk Assessments for
Outsourcing on-boarding projects;
 Working with colleagues to ensure timely, accurate and
complete notifications of Outsourcing the CBI;
 Supporting colleagues in the completion of planning,
governance and reporting activities at all stages of the
project life cycle;
 Creating and maintaining RAID for all projects – working
with stakeholders on same;
 Day to day management of projects – ensuring
maintenance of all in train project plans, reviewing plans
regularly and reporting progress on same to PM;
 Working with tam members to ensure that all project
materials are completed to expected standards;
 Ensuring an outcome driven approach with a focus on the
requirements driving change when working with
 Providing status updates to stakeholders across the
business, including at steering committees and working

Role Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
You will be able to effectively communicate with
stakeholders and colleagues across the business and at
various levels.
 You will be highly organised and have the ability to work
under pressure while managing competing deadlines.
 You will be detail orientated and have experience in the
creation of insightful reporting to varied audiences.
 Knowledge of project management
processes/methodologies and experience working in
change projects is essential.
 You will be a proficient user of MS Project, Excel,
PowerPoint an Visio.
 You will be customer focused and be able to balance the
needs of the business with customer needs
 You will be capable of working independently and have
an ability to resolve problems and challenges when they
 Knowledge of Solvency II Guidelines and the regulatory
environment for Outsourcing is an advantage.
 Experience working in the insurance or financial sector an
 Experience working with Outsourced Service Providers
and the application of Service Levels an advantage
 Experience conducting Due Diligence and Risk
Assessments an advantage.
