Group Anaplan Analyst – Finance Systems

About the role

Calling all Anaplan Finance Systems Analysts who’d like to work in a high-growth firm with a fantastic culture! To support our continued growth, you will work with and develop the existing interfaces between Anaplan, Microsoft Dynamics and other external systems throughout Monument Group. The hybrid role will report to the Group Finance Process Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Build new interfaces between Anaplan, Microsoft
    Dynamics and other external sources;
    ▪ Implement, maintain and update existing interfaces between various finance systems;
    ▪ Conduct functional and non-functional testing of new and existing interfaces;
    ▪ Troubleshoot and debug applications;
    ▪ Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions and other model security 
    settings;
    ▪ Understand functional and non-functional requirements from Business, and how they 
    translate into Anaplan functionality;
    ▪ Build, maintain and enhance Anaplan models for new and existing use cases;
    ▪ Perform system changes in line with  existing change control procedures;
    ▪ Improve and optimize system interfaces; and
    ▪ Build effective data extracts using Anaplan 3rd party add-ins.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of practical experience as an
    Anaplan model builder;
    ▪ Minimum 2+ years of practical experience using Go Anywhere;
    ▪ Vital to have the demonstratable experience to produce effective Anaplan queries using the Excel 
    add-in (v4.0 and above);
    ▪ Must have prior experience to design data interfaces between financial systems, ideally 
    Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or Anaplan.
    ▪ Proven experience using Anaplan Connect and the Anaplan API interfaces;
    ▪ Relevant experience with systems development, including SDLC, requirements analysis, design, and 
    integration test techniques;
    ▪ Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and engagement skills with the 
     experience engaging with all levels of employees;
    ▪ This role would suit a person who will exemplify the corporate perspective, leadership vision, 
    broad experience and character needed of a dynamic team player, who is energetic and passionate 
    with a positive attitude and excellent technical skills; and
    ▪ Be both flexible and adaptable to a changing environment, including working outside of core 
    office hours as needed while having the ability to prioritise work efficiently and effectively 
    supporting employees in offices in a variety of Group locations.
