Investment Reporting Analyst

An opportunity has arisen in our Investments team for an Investment Reporting Analyst to help with the MI requirements of the Function. Reporting into the team’s Investment Analyst, we are looking for someone who is eager to expand their investments knowledge and experience. Responsibilities

• Organising and transforming investment data into comprehensible structures;
• Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs (via Power BI + Workiva);
• Preparing and presenting reports to management;
• Monitoring data quality and resolving data defects;
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements;
• Processing and understanding data for a variety of asset classes, such as Fixed Income, Derivatives, Private Credit Funds.

Role Requirements

• Experience with any of the following tools is highly beneficial: Microsoft Excel / VBA / Power Query / Power BI / Workiva / Aladdin / SQL;
• Advantageous to have experience or knowledge in Investments or Insurance;
• Looking to study CFA or similar qualification;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent analytical and modelling skills;
• “Can-do” attitude and effective organisational and time-management skills;
• Data engineering, finance, economics, or other quantitative field of study required.
